When we first connected with Aashray Care Home in Jaipur, it was clear that creating a new website alone would not be enough. Their mission is extraordinary — nurturing 137 children affected by HIV with dignity, love, and opportunity — but to achieve their goals of fundraising and volunteer recruitment, they needed something deeper: a complete alignment between their internal structure and their external communication.
We redesigned their brand and website, modern and adapted for donations, but we also looked inside the organization. With very limited staff, everything was still managed on paper, making it nearly impossible to grow or communicate effectively. That’s why, even though digitalization is not part of our regular services, we saw it as essential. We created a digital volunteer management system, trained the team in digital tools, and guided them to adopt processes that optimized their scarce resources — freeing time and energy to focus on impact.
