When BEDU, a Modern and Middle Eastern restaurant located in Hong Kong, first reached out, they wanted simple food photography. But very quickly, we discovered a bigger challenge: they weren’t fully proud of their plating, menu design, or brand identity — and without that, communicating their essence to Hong Kong’s sophisticated audience was difficult.
What started as a photography project grew into a full consulting and branding collaboration. We helped refine the menu design, advised on plating and food presentation, and created a visual storytelling strategy. The photoshoot we conducted wasn’t just about food — it was about capturing the detail, care, and soul behind every dish.

This meant preparing not only the kitchen and marketing team, but also the front-of-house staff, to communicate the brand’s new story with authenticity and consistency.
The outcome was more than content: it was a stronger identity, a menu and imagery that aligned with their values, and a presence online that BEDU could proudly share with their audience.
